Seems I'm not the only one outraged by their conduct. -- That's 4950 W. Kennedy Blvd. Tampa, FL 33609 from 1:pm to 4:pm on Sat., May 2nd. -- Just south of Westshore Mall. -- So come on out and show your solidarity for Cannabis emancipation. Bring your signs and banners, bring your friends, bring some water (it can get really hot out there), but please don't bring anything that could get you in trouble. Also, this is a peaceful demonstration. Not everyone will agree with you,.. or calmly disagree. So don't be provoked into something we would all regret. Take the high road. GAINESVILLE
"All are welcomed and encouraged to attend. We will be having a protest in front of the office of Representative Larry Cretul's office in Gainesville (very busy road). Representative Cretul is the Speaker of the house for the moment and holds a lot of influence in Tallahassee, so this is an important event to have a large showing at. Please come and drag a friend/relative/roomate. I have about 6 professionally made signs, but feel free to bring your own.
I ask that you dress up for this event... remember, you are representatives of the movement, and as such, we should act accordingly. This is one of the few occasions you will see me with a shirt and tie. ;-)

We will gather on the right of way in front of the building. Please bring sunblock, good vibes, something wet to hydrate yourself (beverage), some other people with you, and some optimism that we weren't just told change would come this January. We will start at 2pm on Saturday and end at 4pm. I will have an EZ-up for shade for those who need a break from the sun. I look forward to connecting with more people in my new home and commUNITY.

Stay Active With Activism
Keep doing your part and collecting letters and signatures to put medical marijuana on the Florida ballot in 2010. If you choose to receive the letters instead of having the individual submit it, contact me and I will make sure the letters make it to the correct representatives.
When was the last time you called your representative? Make sure they don't forget where their constituents stand.
Every time you visit a new doctor, don't forget to have them sign MPP's Statement of Principle.
Join us for our monthly Rush Hour Protest, or hold your own on a street corner near you!
We are already working hard on our next projects for this year, so keep checking back for updates.
Even if you aren't a smoker, support the cause. Everyone should have the right to make the safer choice. Cannabis can save the world - do the research.
